How To Discover Your Clients Natural Abilities - The Ones That Never Change

There are 20 key abilities that are established by age 14, that determine a person's level of satisfaction and success for the rest of his or her life. These abilities can become lost when training or job requirements override them. Since 1990, The Highlands Company has offered an assessment, based on 70 years of research.  Using a series of work samples that are taken on-line, the Highlands Ability Battery uses objective tasks to uncover or re-discover natural abilities. It is suitable for a wide range of clients, from students wanting to structure a successful study environment, to executives who want to operate at the peak of their abilities. It is a fundamental tool for coaches to use with clients to design a comprehensive career direction.

Find out how to build your business by becoming certified in this powerful tool.  Join us on a complimentary call dedicated to the Highlands Ability Battery, Tuesday, August 10 at noon ET on conference bridge (407) 649-4256.  A specialist from The Highlands Company will be on the call to answer questions and provide more information.

Note from the President

After returning earlier this month from the Core Essentials Fast track program in Melbourne, Australia, and delivering a speech to coaches in Singapore, it really did bring home how global the coaching profession has become. The Melbourne program was filled with participants from 8 different countries. So no matter where your friends and colleagues reside, if they are interested in a live training program, there will always be a location convenient to them.  Our live/in person programs are now offered in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

In the last Community News ezine, I mentioned the importance of working on and working in the business, as indicated by Michael E. Gerber in the E-Myth Revisited.  Nancy Morris was kind enough to offer a link that all of you can listen to -- it's an interview with Ms. Morris and Mr. Gerber discussing the E-Myth principles.  Please visit Ms. Morris' website at www.nancymorris.com

Best wishes,
Jennifer Corbin
