Make Shelf Space
Are you out of shelf space? I am! I just went to put away a book and there was no place to put it. So I placed it on top of the other books on the shelf with the idea that I'll get back to it later. But I know that's not true, I don't really have any intention of going back to shelve the book at a later time. It was just an easy fix for now. That is until I have another book to put away, there is no more room to wedge books so it will have to sit on top of or next to the bookcase. Which means a pike will start to form. So right after I finish writing this I'm going to the shelf to make some space. What shelf do you have that is in need of space? A linen closet shelf, a kitchen shelf, a bedroom shelf, a bathroom shelf or a book shelf like me? Take ten minutes today and clear a little room. No need for a major overhaul, just take a few minutes and make a little space. Move a few things around, toss something, recycle something, give away something or put something in another place to make space- you'll be glad you did! When we have space we can breathe easier. We need open space, especially because we're going to get more stuff and we'll need a place to put it! That's it for this week's challenge, until next Monday have a clutter-free week. -Jamie
