1. INTRODUCTION/WELCOME FROM COACH PATTI

Hello again, and a warm welcome to all the new subscribers who have joined us since the last issue! Congratulations on the successful completion of 2001. In 2002 the possibilities are endless. To be successful this year focus on strategies rather than just more action to get results. Let go of fear! Fear is just False, Evidence, Appearing, Real! Take-on your life and career this year! How many of you have made a new years resolution to do something different then last year? How many of you have done that before and failed? I know I have. How many of you have already failed? Don't beat yourself up. You are only human, you need support. What would it be like if this year you had help to succeed rather then fail? What would your year look like?

3 - COACH PATTI'S OBSERVATIONS OF 2001
*********************************************************************
Yearly stats: Agents I coached increased their production by average of 45% this year with less muscle and more balance!
Congratulations!
1. You hit your goals once you got 100% intention.
2. Keeping your thoughts on the problem kept you in the
problem and not on the solution. Once you shifted to
"so what, now what" the solution appeared and the
problem went away.
3. Being consistent is a must. This gives you the driving
force to continue and roll faster into your goal.
4. Some of you got ahead of schedule with your goal and
then got complacent. To keep your momentum going
strong, keep your thoughts on the "why" behind the
the goal!!!!!
5. Some of you stayed down too long...Everyone
experiences a drop in business, a personal loss, or
mental/physical problem, a slump or what seems to
mature into major depression. The thing to remember is,
everyone experiences it. Just don't let it last so long.
Remember focusing on the problem, brings more of
the problem. Go to a solution ASAP! Just do the
basics daily and you will get through it faster and in
control.
6. Many of you went from selling to being of service to your
customers. This calmed you down and created irresistible
attraction. You were then able to stay in integrity with your
purpose of being a Realtor. This created self-esteem,
confidence, and better results!!!
7. Many of you started placing more importance on
connection rather then on just making contacts.
The strategy and the appointment you make to prospect
(look for people who want to buy or sell property), is
more important than the listing appointment itself.
8. Many of you improved your sales skills.
Remember selling is about helping someone solve a problem asking
questions to find motivation/problem, offering a
solution, seeing if they can afford the solution, then
closing to help them make a decision.
9. You started planning your day and working your plan.
What we noticed is you actually gained * a day by being
proactive to the day, rather then reactive. You
created strong boundaries to protect your time. You
stopped beating yourself up when you got off schedule.
You just got back up!!!!
10. You started working with "Ideal Clients". You created
questions to help you identify them and asked them to
shape up or ship out, if they fell from their throne.
11. You started taking better care of yourself emotionally
and physically.
12. You set higher standards and healthy boundaries.
13. You got into integrity with your values. Creating
higher self-esteem and more confidence and a more
fulfilling life and business.
14. You rid yourself of toleration's. Resulting in
more energy.
15. You realized that to achieve a different result, you
had to do something different.
16. You stopped over analyzing and just took action!
"With action comes the goddess of good luck"
17. You embraced change!!!! Some of you kicking and
screaming.
18. You accepted change as the only thing in the universe
that is constant.
19. You got comfortable with being uncomfortable.
20. You learned to recognize that once you got in touch
with the desire behind your goal, the plan and action
steps were easier to do. That it all starts with "what
do I want?"
21. You let go and trusted !!!! Big thing for most of you.
22. You were committed!!!!!! And it showed!!!!!!
I am so proud to have coached you this year! Together let's go hit some more goals in 2002. You can have what ever you want. Just see it and believe it. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You are worthy of it. You have only just begun!!!!!!
