Twenty Self-Renewal Thoughts

1. If you keep waiting for just the right time, you may never begin. Begin NOW! Begin where you are with what you are.
2. Goals not written are dreams. Written goals bring real results.
3. A goal without a divine strategy to achieve it…is not a goal. 
4. Each day, at some point, stop and ask yourself, “Is what I’m doing moving me towards my goals? Is it a priority?
5. The first 2 letters in the word “goal” is “GO”. Remember that.
6. There is a difference between interest in, or knowledge of, and total passionate commitment.
7. If you’re too busy to learn, you won't be busy very long.
8. Learn to spend more time and effort improving the inside of your head in comparison to the outside.
9. No worthwhile effort is ever lost. Do the right thing, and the payback will be there.
10. The road to success is full of potholes. The key is continuing the journey.
11. Make enthusiasm your daily habit.
12. The 2 greatest cures to all reluctance are knowledge and action.
13. Concentration on client development, not customer transactions.
14. A professional salesperson’s most valuable asset is his or her reputation. What are you doing to build yours?
15. Your prospect’s enthusiasm for your product is a product of your enthusiasm of your product or service. 
16. Believe in ‘Good Luck”. But also believe it happens most often to those who work hard and keep their eyes open. “Luck” is where opportunity and preparation meet.
17. If you focus hard enough on why something won't work, chances are it won’t. 
18. Promise only what you can deliver. Then deliver more than you promise.
19. “You’ve got to either paddle your canoe faster then the water or slower. You can’t let the water take you where it wants.”
20. “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; Education will not; (the world is full of educated failures)
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”
