Prepare to Succeed
Something is happening! Seven percent of Realtor
Professionals----are transforming their business and creating bigger results
faster then most people thought was ever possible.
Make no mistake this IS happening and it is happening at a
record pace! In fact, I suspect at no other time in history of modern society
are the top 7%, pulling away from the rest and leaving them in the dust.
Why, you ask. I have discovered a number of common
denominators and success strategies that every Realtor Professional needs to
know.
1. Measure Results often!
I've notice most realtors don't measure their results
often enough and wait until the end of the year before they realize they are way
off their goal. I recommend you evaluate your progress in 2 week, monthly, and
90 increments.
2. Don't be a fool!
My definition is someone who doesn't learn from past
experiences. If you want different results, Stop, Start or Change what you are
doing/being.
3. Think Big!
Which goals are easier to reach, ones that are small or
those, which are Grand? I'm convinced it is the latter. Little goals don't
have the MAGIC to create intense desire or the power to stir the soul.
4. Start where you are.
Be honest. Where are you, how did you get there, where are
you going, what do you need to do to get where you want to go?
5. Get Focused!
I've discovered that people who succeed in drastically
increasing their business---become so empowered they can change many other
things in their lives. You will have a higher self-esteem, more confidence, and
better attitude. All this make you more irresistibly attractive and people are
just drawn to you.
6. Attack Fear!
Most people are afraid of change. They are afraid to get
out of their comfort zones. Some are afraid of failing, and some are afraid of
succeeding. It is all related to some fear of loss of something. What you are
afraid of you will self manifest if you don't hit it head on. "Feel
the Fear and Do It Anyway!"
7. Decide exactly what you want!
The successful decide exactly what they want and WHY they
want it. Remember tip 3. It has to be big enough, & worthwhile enough to
light your fire.
8. Reprogram your operating system!
After you have committed yourself to achieving your goal,
determine which habits or patterns of action stand in your way and which ones
help you. It takes only 4 weeks of conscious effort and repetition before new
patterns of action become automatic.
9. Don’t rely on trial and error!
If you want dramatic results, relying on trail & error
is one of the biggest mistake you could ever make! Adopt plans and programs that
already been proven to work! (work with a coach).
10. Take Action!
There is Magic in Action. People who get
results keep moving, and have persistence. With life there will be obstacles.
Your challenge is to succeed in spite of it all.
- Don't wait until you are ready. If you wait until
everything is perfect you'll wait forever.
- The top 7% of the Realtor Professionals who are setting
the new pace and standards for the industry will blow you right out of the
water.
- The top 7% have a coach the rest do not.

program in the future.
