Happy summer! You are receiving this publication because you opted in at my website, or after watching the Dream Movie. Feel free to forward this ezine to anyone you know.
Well, it has been hot, hot, hot in sunny Atlanta. Hope it is cooler wherever you are. By the time you read this, I will be in Lake Tahoe for a seminar. I am looking forward to expanding my horizons. Continued learning is the name of the game if we are to continue to grow. And it goes without saying that as we grow, so do our dreams and our ability to live those dreams.
In this issue, we have all kinds of information and tools to help you live out your dreams more easily. We talk about the emotions that can help you live out your dream, as well as those emotions and beliefs that come up to stop you. And we have some cool tools and special offers to help you move through the fear when it does come up.
We just finished up a fantastic Living Your Dreams Coaching Group. I was delighted with the substantial progress people made towards living their dreams and so were they. I am going to take a break from leading it for the time being, but you can still participate by purchasing the Living Your Dreams Home Study Course. And the next five people who purchase it will receive a complimentary coaching session with me to support you in making your dreams a reality. Read more below or click here to learn about the program. Note this offer is not advertised on my website.
Best wishes in living out your dreams.

The Four Emotions That Can Lead to Life Change
Excerpted from article by Jim Rohn
In his chapter in "101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life," Jim talks about four important emotions, one of which is "resolve." He says the best definition for "resolve" he had ever heard came from a schoolgirl in CA. She said, "I think resolve means promising yourself you will never give up." Jim concurred. That is the best definition of resolve: promise yourself youll never give up.
He says, "Think about it! How long should a baby try to learn how to walk? How long would you give the average baby before you say, 'Thats it, youve had your chance'? You say thats crazy? Of course it is. Any mother would say, 'My baby is going to keep trying until she learns how to walk!' No wonder everyone walks.
There is a vital lesson in this. Ask yourself, "How long am I going to work to make my dreams come true?" I suggest you answer, "As long as it takes."
That is the true definition of resolve.

Feel the Fear, "Tap on It," Then Do It Anyway
By Stacey Mayo, MCC
One of the emotions we all experience from time to time is fear -- fear of rejection or being humiliated, fear of public speaking, fear of making a mistake or a bad decision or failure, fear of getting in trouble, fear of getting hurt. I could go on and on. When it comes to fear, people generally have one of two responses: Flee (i.e., stop and give up on your current project/endeavor) or suppress the fear and push through it. Neither is ideal. If you allow fear to run your life and stop you from proceeding, your dream wont become a reality. If you force yourself to push through the fear, likelihood is you will make some progress but it will be hard and fraught with obstacles.
In the last issue, I talked about being in the flow. When you force anything or push against it, you are not in the flow. This includes forcing yourself to go past your fears. In I Cant Believe I Get P-A-I-D To Do This! I talk about the difference between forced action and inspired action. Likelihood is if you take forced action, it could easily take you twice as long to accomplish your task. Its like swimming against strong currents. This is because there is part of you that is resistant to it. In this case, the resistance is fear. (Resistance can take many other forms as well, but thats another article.)
By now you may be asking, what is a person to do? The best thing to do is release the fear or at least lessen it. "Hah, easy for you," you say. Well, it doesnt have to be that hard.
We can try talking our way out of fear and sometimes that works. But fear is generally not logical. Youve probably seen the acronym for F.E.A.R. as False Evidence Appearing Real.
Many of our deeper fears are not logical. And if they are not logical to start with, then trying to use logic to release it probably wont work.
I find that energy work is most helpful when you find you cant logic your way out of a problem -- when logically, you know what you should do, but find yourself unable to do it. The reason you are unable to is because old core beliefs and anxieties are stored in the cells of our body. So they need to be released from your body, not just your mind.
There are many energy techniques. I use 3 of them: EFT, TAT and BSFF. Ill use EFT as the example here. In EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) you tap on designated acupressure points on your body while focusing on the negative thought or belief to release it from the cells in your body, and then you replace it with something positive. Thus the title of this article: Feel the Fear, "Tap on It," and the Do it Anyway. When you tap on the fear in the prescribed method, you either release it or at least significantly lessen it. When you do this, you are then able to move forward without having to force yourself. People find themselves taking action naturally that they would have fretted over before, such as calling prospective customers, or speaking in public or standing up for themselves.
This may all sound like woo, woo. But actually this technique was developed by an engineer -- Gary Craig. You can find out more about it or learn to do it yourself at http://www.emofree.com. There is even a downloadable manual on his site. But if it is a persistent problem, or you are not sure what is at the core of it, you may find that it is helpful to get a qualified practitioner to help you clarify the core issue and release it more quickly.
Special Offer on Energy Sessions
I find this process to be so helpful for my clients that this month I am offering individual energy sessions for people who are not currently clients of mine. Normally I ask that you sign up for coaching for a minimum of 4 6 months. But if you would just like help ridding yourself of those pesky thoughts, anxieties and beliefs in the way, you can sign up for an individual session or two at a reduced rate for a limited time. I will also teach you how to use this tool on yourself. I also teach this technique, and others, in my In The Flow Coaching Group.
Here is an example of what breakthroughs are possible with these techniques. Nancy wrote the following email to me:
"The two systems/tools/technology we used yesterday worked and work extremely well.
My presentation went fabulous. I have received great feedback from others who observed the differences from before our coaching call and the amazing results that took place in my performance after our coaching call.
Abundance in several areas were the direct results from our sessions together. I have new freedom!
I am celebrating the great power and effective healing tools you have given my business and personal life. It has immediately graced my minutes, hours and days with unparalleled results."

Are any of the following causing you to procrastinate or stop taking action?
- Fear of public speaking?
- Fear of making a mistake or the wrong decision or not being good enough?
- Fear of asking for money or help or anything else you want?
- Fear of selling, talking to people or imposing on people?
- Fear of rejection or disapproval?
- Fear you won't be able to handle whatever happens?
- Fear of success or being able to sustain it?
- Fear or anxiety about anything?
If yes, then you may want to consider some energy sessions.
How long does it take to break through these issues? It depends. If we can get clarity around the core issue quickly, we may be able to clear it in one session. If I dont know you it may take a bit longer to get at the core issue and will more likely take two sessions. And sometimes, the issue is connected to other beliefs and issues and 2 or more sessions are needed to clear the related issues. Regardless, most people feel some level of relief and greater insight into their situation after one session and much more after two. (Note: results vary with each individual.)
How much does it cost?
My regular coaching rate is $275/hr, but I am offering this at a special rate for a limited number of people.
One energy session (approx 45-55 minutes): $185. Click here to order 1 session
Two sessons for $300. Recommended. Click here to order 2 sessions
Once your order is received, my assistant Lori will contact you to schedule your first session.
Questions? Click reply to email me. I will be back in town on Thursday. (You will need to respond to my spam blocker.)
This offer is limited to the first 3 people who sign up.
Want to learn more about being in the flow?
I have good news and bad news to share. The good news is we attracted a record number of people to the last teleseminar on "How to Be in The Flow More Often Than Not." You could say we were overflowing. :) The bad news is we were not prepared to handle a conference call with that many people and there was a lot of background noise that interfered with your ability to really hear the message and my ability to convey it effectively. I am working on that, and future calls of this magnitude we will be using a different bridge line and different guidelines for the call and format so that the information we discuss can be more easily heard.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Growth is good and sometimes we have to catch up to it. We are working fervently towards doing that and towards serving you better.
In the meantime, listen to this recording from a previous teleseminar.

Check out the next In the Flow Coaching Group, or copy/paste this URL into your web browser: http://www.igetpaidtodothis.com/intheflow.htm
Due to the challenges with the noise on the last teleseminar, I just made a decision to extend the special early bird pricing of $150/month for the In The Flow Coaching Group. Grab it now while you still can.
