Hello fellow dreamers,

At the beginning of January, I asked you to  tell me about your Dreams for 2008.  Thanks so much to all of you who participated.  I really appreciate the time you took to give me your feedback.  It has clarified some things for me in terms of what I can offer you to support you in your dreams that also matches with my gifts and passions.  I will be discussing those ideas more over the coming month.

Below you will find an executive summary of the results of the Dream Survey that you can review in 5 minutes. :) I know your time is valuable and am giving you information in quick blurbs where I can. I have also listed the actual responses to some of the questions for those of you who would like to see  that information.  If you are not interested in that, just read the summary.

When you read the survey results, you will see that the timing couldn't be better to tell you about this MEGA EVENT that I am a part of  with 11 other speakers...and I'm even MORE excited that it's F*R*E*E for you and you can participate from your home or office. It is designed especially for those of you who work at home and those who want to :)  You can check it out here.

I also found a large percentage of you are still wanting to get clear on your passion or purpose in life, or change careers . Remember we have a whole array of tools for you too. These tools and programs have been enormously helpful in supporting people in making career changes.   I have listed those below.

Some folks have let me know that they are not receiving this newsletter regularly.  Please be sure to white list the domain balancedliving.com with your email provider and check your spam filter regularly.

We are looking into changing providers to assure that this gets to you each time, but in the meantime, make sure and white list us.  You can go here for instructions on how to add us to your white list.

Best wishes in living your dreams.

Results of Dream Survey 2008

Executive Summary of Results: (231 respondents)

The 3 most popular goals for the coming year among respondents are

  1. to grow an existing business,
  2. create passive or residual income and
  3. create great health and well-being.

When asked to pick one of these to focus on and get support on, there were 2 responses that stood out:

  1. to grow an existing business or
  2. identify your passion and/or change careers.

What I found most interesting about this, is that creating great health and well-being dropped significantly when asked to prioritize.

I think that is really common for people to put their health in second place behind their career and business goals.  I know I certainly have done it and suffered for it.

One of my commitments to you in the new year, is to provide more tips and suggestions for creating great health and well-being in this newsletter.  For truly there is nothing more important.

And if we don’t have our health, then we cannot create our dreams.  So stay tuned for more on that subject soon.

I also asked you to state your biggest frustration in creating your dreams.  I have listed some of the more common responses below.

Over 60% of you said that if you were going to take a program to support you in living your dreams, the most important aspect would be:

Monthly recorded teleseminars with coaching led by Stacey where all would benefit including steps to live your dreams, align with them, and get out of your own way.

There was also interest in interviews with guest experts, spot coaching and networking with each other among other things.

And 70% of you said you would be interested in participating in something like this.  So  watch for further updates soon – I am creating something I am really excited about to support you in moving through your challenges and living your dreams.

Here are some of your specific responses to the survey:
