TRY THIS! LIFEWORK

I'd like you to think about your PERFECT PLEASURES. What do you LOVE to do? Some people say that an ideal/perfect life revolves around their core pleasures. What are yours? What do you LOVE to do? What makes you giddy?
IDEAS:
* sleeping on great sheets
* eating meals outside
* aromatherapy beauty products
* driving and listening to music
* walking around barefoot
* petting your cat
* painting or drawing
* dancing with your sweetie by candlelight before going to sleep
* sitting in the sun
* showering outside in nature
* eating your favorite food
* listening to loud music and singing with it
* hanging out in a hammock
* walking by the ocean
* getting a massage
* sleeping in
etc.
This is a TOUGH exercise for many. We are trained to be stingy with ourselves and our pleasures. It feels TOO decadent, right?
Well, I want you to be decadent with this exercise. Make a list of 25 of your pleasures. Then, try to incorporate as many of them into your day as possible this week.
Have FUN!! Maybe you will want to sit outside, while listening to great music, with your fluffy cat next to you, and tiki torches providing the light for you, as you write your list with your favorite pen..... AN idea : ).

WHAT IF your life revolved around ALL of your pleasures? What if you had ample time, money, and energy to indulge in all of these pleasures each day? What if your job was a combination of many of your pleasures? What if your home provided many sources of pleasure for you? What if you played all day and enjoyed yourself WHILE making more than enough money to continue your decadence? What if your relationships centered around pleasure activities? What if??
