** Exercise for National Heart Month **

Yes, it's the month of hearts, valentine's and YOURS. Since physical exercise is good for your heart, here is an exercise program for those of us whose wisdom exceeds our ambition. Here's my easy daily program I can do anywhere. You can, too!

Monday:
Beat around the bush
Jump to conclusions
Climb the walls
Wade through paperwork.

Tuesday:
Drag my heels
Push my luck
Make mountains out of molehills
Hit the nail on the head.

Wednesday:
Bend over backwards
Jump on the bandwagon
Balance the books
Run around in circles.

Thursday:
Toot my own horn
Climb the ladder of success
Pull out the stops
Add fuel to the fire.

Friday:
Open a can of worms
Put my foot in my mouth
Start the ball rolling
Go over the edge.

Saturday:
Pick up the pieces.

Whew...what a workout! You are invited to use this program without charge.

** Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program **

Now scroll up....feel the burn?!

Thanks to a dedicated reader for a response to our January reader tip about middle of the night calls:

"Ahhh well we have a senior nursing team on at night to handle all that. They answer all the on-call queries and then come to the ward and feed back. Reason why: nursing staff are busy and a dedicated mobile team gets urgent clinical things done like intubation and IVI's which require senior nursing, and they are able to follow the patient through from A&E to ICU/wards."
